Khalil Alloqa (MEng CEng MICE | PMQ NECReg | MBA) is a Chartered Structural Engineer and an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry (15+ years) from tendering & bidding, estimation, commercial negotiation, value engineering and design development, through to fabrication, and construction methods management.

Khalil has a rich international experience gained through his work for leading construction firms in Italy, Qatar, and the UK (e.g. Cimolai and Cleveland Bridge).​

Khalil has been involved as a team leader in a variety of notable projects including VTB stadium in Russia and Al Bayt stadium in Qatar (100 million euro contract); WHSD steel viaducts in Russia; special equipment for bridge launching; steel industrial buildings with heavy overhead cranes.
